Shelly's Refund Policy
At Shelly's appliance repair, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality appliance repair services and ensure your experience with us is exceptional. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we want to address them promptly and fairly. Below are the terms of our refund policy:
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- If the repaired appliance experiences the same issue within a week of the service date and our technicians are unable to resolve the issue after a second attempt.
- If parts installed by Shelly's are found to be defective and cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable time frame.
- If service was canceled by the customer at least no less then 48 hours before appointment, excluding non-refundable diagnostic fees.
- Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Diagnostic fees, as these cover the cost of our time and expertise in assessing the issue.
- Any services or parts explicitly agreed upon as non-refundable at the time of booking.

- Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Repairs or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized tampering after our service.
- Services that were fully completed and signed off as satisfactory at the time of completion.
- Resolution Options
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one of the following:
- A full or partial refund.
- A credit toward future services.
- Re-performance of the repair service at no additional charge.
- Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided. Shelly's appliance repair is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
